posting for posting sake

I just want to post and speak of any thing ..
just got out of a fight with my so called colleage ... recieved a nice email from an old friend saying hi and that he misses me ... called my little love on the phone .. listing to savatage .. I'm just so full of emotions that i want to express .. that is why i love metal music .. they just let my feelings go on ..
